Your data, your rules

Assitio is built for organisations where trust has to come first. Here are the short answers — and we're happy to elaborate on every one of them.

Organisations are kept separate

Your material is kept strictly separate from other organisations'. The separation is enforced in every layer of the system — as a basic condition, not a setting.

Access is governed by roles

Who can do what is governed by users, roles and assistant configuration. An assistant only answers from the material it has been set up to know.

Answers can be verified

Claims that sound source-backed must have evidence behind them — and the source is shown, so an answer can always be checked by a person.

The assistant's memory is governed

What the assistant remembers requires consent and can be deleted on request. Memory never becomes shared reference knowledge on its own.

Sensitive information is shielded

Documents can be pseudonymised, and the shielding level is configured per assistant. Assitio can handle both sensitive and non-sensitive material — the level is agreed per solution.

Operations run in the EU

Assitio runs on secure EU servers with backup, monitoring and high uptime. If you prefer to run things yourself, the control layer can live in your infrastructure.
